I have two columns of values. The first column values repeat and are effectively my headers so transposition is not an issue.
It's the second column where I want to bulk transpose values as they relate to the first column to ROWS.
example:
ColumnA ColumnB

How do I select a range of rows in ColumnB to transpose into multple rows aligned with these headers?

Okay, withdrawing the question. Transpose Range did the job using the Fixed value field.
After making the raw data consistent, this worked fine.
