Dynamic multi-level drop down list not updating

Good day,

Whenever I use Kutools to create a sequence of 4-level dependant drop-down lists Kutools does so successfully, however if I add a new row to the source table the drop-down lists do no upate with this information, forcing me to recreate the drop-down lists again via Kutools, now including the new row(s).

Is there a way to have the drop-down lists automatically update with new information?
