Merge or Combine Multiple Documents into One in Word
If you need to merge several Word documents into one, follow these steps:
1. Open Microsoft Word and create a new blank document. Then, apply this utility by clicking Kutools Plus > Merge.
2. Configure the Merge Documents settings in the pop-up dialog box:
A: Click the Add Files button to select multiple documents for merging.
B: Click Add Folder to import all documents from a specific folder.
C: Use Remove to delete unwanted files from the list, or Move Up / Move Down to reorder them before merging.
D: Choose how documents should be merged in the Options section. From the Break between documents drop-down list, choose to insert a Page Break, Section Break, or No Break between merged documents. (Optional) And check the Insert file path of each document box to insert each document's file path for reference in the final document.
E: Click the Merge button to combine the selected documents.
