To anyone in the future looking at this guide, to access the "Startup" folder, bring up the Run window by pressing Win+R and type "shell:startup"

This was relevant to old versions of Windows (e.g. Windows 95), not for the latest and greatest where no longer a start button but a window. When it went to the window, there was no longer the access to All Programs and Startup folders readily. If you have administrative rights, you can get to this on the default user but in an enterprise computer, it's not accessible to add to the startup folder. And Task Manager - which does allow enable and disable of programs upon startup - doesn't have Outlook as an option. Can't find it within Outlook as File-Options-* either. So as Bob says below, "this is useless" or at best "stale".

Didn't work. I couldn't find Explore inthe Startup folder.

When I "3. Right click the Microsoft Outlook, and then click Copy from the right-clicking menu.", I do not get the menu shown nor any option to copy anything. So this help screen is useless.
